Weekly Sitting
We offer meditation in the tradition of Suzuki Roshi in Paradise Valley.
We welcome people of all spiritual traditions or no tradition to join us in our Soto Zen Buddhist practice.
We meet weekly on Sundays from 4:00 to 6:30 pm for two 30 minute periods of zazen (sitting meditation), a brief period of walking meditation, a Zen service and tea with time to talk.
We also meet Monday evenings from 6:00 to 7:15 pm.
If you have not sat with us before please contact us beforehand and we will arrange an introduction to meditation and answer any question you may have.

Individual Zazen instruction is available at times other than our scheduled sittings. Call Ann to make an appointment.
Sitting a while longer
We have a Day-Long Sit each month on a Sunday instead of our regular schedule. We sit from 9:00am to 5:00pm, do some work around the temple and have time to talk together about our practice.
You are welcome to join this sit for any part of the day if the whole day won't work for you. Just call to let us know you're coming.
